This Shihō's full name is usually shortened to Shihō Tsuki-geri.

* All modes are in Zenkutsu-dachi but the sensei can of course ask to perform it in Kokutsu-dachi (higher tires). All punches (tsuki) and stairs (back) at chudan height.

1. Starting position Heisoku-dachi.
2. Right foot back, with Gedan-barai on the left.
3. Gyaku-tsuki followed by Oi-tsuki, Ki-ai!

NB: If you are new, and this Shihō does, then you may have the higher bands (usually from yellow) sees a different defense act than the Gedan-barai.
